Distribution business unit does not have visibility on the field services data which gets captured into the HDB database. The challenge was to pull the data from the source system into the BI environment and create reports.

Dake team was involved right from the initial customer meeting up until successfully deploying the reports. The team performed comprehensive analysis and created a detailed design document to create the ETLs. The ETLs ran successfully as per the schedule every day and produced reports.
